Rocky is a business in the clothing and footwear industry that markets, sells and distributes these items to customers.


Order Processing

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders are usually processed on the same business day if the purchase is made before noon and the following businesses day if made afternoon.


Delivery policy

Delivery in South Africa

Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 4 working days. Once collected by the courier service, your order should be delivered in a day or two unless you reside in an outlying area, then it may take longer. Please bear in mind we no longer have control over the delivery once collected. Deliveries could be delayed due to various reasons. In these instances, Rocky will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you CHECK your delivery before signing for it. Rocky will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in good condition. Rocky uses a reliable delivery service. If there is nobody to sign for the package at the given delivery address, you will be phoned on the number you have provided in your Rocky profile. If you can not be reached, the delivery will be attempted in the following days. Please contact us if you have any special delivery requirements.

Rocky supplies free delivery for all purchases over R999. For purchases under R999, an additional delivery fee of R130 plus vat is charged. All major South African cities are included.

If you live on a farm or outlying area please contact us before placing your order to check if we can deliver to your location and if an additional delivery fee is applicable.

International Delivery

We DO NOT offer international Delivery. 


Damage or loss

Rocky will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product when couriered.


Exchange Policy

If you have purchased an item/s and decide you would prefer a different size or a new item/s entirely there are conditions in order to make an exchange. Firstly you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods and explain what you would like to return and receive in exchange. If the exchange is approved, we will proceed and you can arrange to get the item/s sent back to us. Upon arrival, the item/s will be inspected and provided it/they (including the shoebox if applicable) are in perfect order, all tags are still attached and the item/s have not been worn or washed, we will proceed. If the new item/s cost more or less, you will either be refunded or billed the difference and you will be required to cover the courier cost of sending the replacement item/s to your desired address.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Rocky is subject to availability.  In the unlikely event of unavailability, Rocky will refund the client in full within 30 days (usually much quicker). Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 30% administration fee. Orders must be canceled within 24hrs of placing and paying for the order else no refund will be made whatsoever.

Rocky will only replace goods that are faulty due to poor workmanship or if the incorrect item has been delivered. Any discrepancies in the final product delivered to you must be reported to Rocky within 24 hours of receipt. In this event, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item. Once returned, the item will be inspected and provided the fault is as claimed, all the tags are still attached and the item/s have not been worn and/or washed, a new item will be dispatched to you.

Sales and Offers

Please note all prices, sales. offers and discounts advertised on this website or on our social media are for this website only. They do not include our reseller’s shops or websites.

Leather Range

Please note that our leather range, made up of the Kaine, Wilder and Gunnar are handmade in South Africa. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, it is likely there will be slight variations, blemishes, scuffs and marks on the shoes. Please take this into consideration when purchasing the above mentioned footwear as these irregularities will not warrant an exchange or refund.

Customer privacy policy

Rocky shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:


By accepting these terms and conditions clients agree that Rocky may inform them via social media, email or SMS of promotions and new developments among the products and services we offer. Clients can opt out of notifications by requesting it via the email address supplied below.


Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard credit cards or Visa, MasterCard and Maestro Debit Cards. Also by bank transfer into the Rocky bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.


Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for Rocky via PayFast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African

Acquiring Banks. PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.


Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Rocky separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast’s secure site. For more detail on PayFast refer to www.payfast.co.za.


Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
